Safety policy

In accordance with our Quality Policy, NBC shall ensure that all personnel are committed to the highest standards of performance in achieving the following objectives:

• Health
• Safety
• The Protection of the Environment, which shall be considered to be of equal importance to all other business objectives

The commitment by all staff to these objectives shall be the responsibility of the Quality Management Representative, who will ensure that all staff receive the correct induction in accordance with OP09 (Recruitment, Induction and Training), and that all staff conform to OP20 (Health and Safety).

It shall be the responsibility of the Quality Management Representative to ensure that all staff posses the necessary qualifications and skills as directed by the Health and Safety Executive, and Client Company specific requirements to achieve the objectives of this Policy.
