Quality policy

NBC are committed to providing a Quality Consultancy service to all of our clients. We intend to do this by maintaining a Quality Assurance System ensuring that all staff are familiar with and uphold the standards defined therein.

We understand the need to be familiar with and comply fully with the Health and Safety Standards required under U.K. Law, and ensure that the necessary training is undertaken by all our personnel to achieve this.

NBC will ensure that all staff possess the necessary qualifications and skills to provide a Quality Service to the client, by ensuring that all personnel follow a structured plan of continuous professional development.

In order to provide a quality service to our clients at all times, it will be the responsibility of the Quality Management Representative to ensure that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained throughout the company.
